Terms of sale

By browsing the website and purchasing from MUHC Art, you accept and agree to the below Terms of Sale. All of MUHC Art's products are sold subject to the Terms of Sale. We encourage you to read them carefully.

Acceptance of Order

Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by MUHC Art, subject to your rights of cancellation (see section on ‘Cancellation and Returns’).

It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements and will fit into your home (including product features, measurements, dimensions, delivery and access). Please check these details before placing your order.

Pricing and Payment

All orders are refundable up to 48 hours after your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication on the website, however, if an error has occurred, either party may cancel the order. Up until the time you place your order, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Before we can dispatch your order, we must receive payment in full for all works purchased.

Deposits for works are non-refundable.

Delivery and Shipping 

Whilst we can accept orders for artwork from any country & likewise then ship to any country, because shipping rates vary greatly depending on the country, size and weight, we will always quote shipping personally based on your requirements to get you the best possible price & service. Hence International artwork orders are deactivated by default.

International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.

Cancellation and Returns

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you have the right to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order in any way after 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order.

You have the right to return the order up to 14 days after delivery, provided it is received in their original condition and fit for re-sale. You should ensure that works to be returned are packaged safely, as received, and that works are returned back to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and should ensure that a reliable delivery method is used.

We make sure that all goods are in excellent condition before dispatching, however, on rare occasions orders can be damaged whilst in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must let us know within 10 days of receiving the item, as we cannot be held responsible for defects after this point. We require that photographs are taken of the damage immediately, and sent to muhc@muhcart.co.uk. In these circumstances, MUHC Art are responsible for the return postage costs, and we will endeavour to repair and replace your order as soon as possible.
